About the event
SAGE Day is a special community event where yoga, wellness and meaningful connections come together in one shared day.
Each SAGE Day brings together a mix of experiences, from yoga practices and workshops to wellness activities and slower moments to rest, talk and connect. Alongside the programme at SAGE Wellness, SAGE Flea Market takes place at SAGE Space, offering a curated selection of pre-loved items, books and little finds that reflect a more mindful way of living.
More than just a day of practice, SAGE Day is an opportunity to try something new, meet people with shared interests and make space for yourself within a warm and open community.
Each edition will have its own theme and experiences, while staying rooted in the spirit of SAGE: Move. Connect. Grow. Together.
