INTRODUCTION
SAGE Wellness, in collaboration with Sound Healing VN – Yoga Singing Bowl Therapy Academy, presents an in-depth training program in Himalayan Singing Bowls and Gong in Hanoi.
The program follows a structured learning pathway from foundational to advanced levels, combining knowledge of sound, vibration, and traditional practices with extensive hands-on training using Singing Bowls and Gong.
The course is designed for those who wish to develop a solid foundation in Sound Healing, as well as Yoga and Meditation teachers, wellness professionals, and practitioners looking to deepen their ability to incorporate Singing Bowls and Gong into personal practice, classes, workshops, or sound healing sessions.
The program consists of two levels:
Level 1 – Singing Bowl BasicBuild a strong foundation in Himalayan Singing Bowls, including fundamental techniques for playing and working with the bowls, along with basic practices using 1–3 Singing Bowls.
