Every woman carries within her a world of sound that is uniquely her own: The rhythm of her breath. The beat of her heart. The emotions that come and go. And the quiet spaces in between.
Sound Healing offers another way of listening — not through thought or words, but through vibration. The gentle sounds of singing bowls and healing instruments ripple through the space, inviting the body to return to its natural rhythm, allowing the mind to slow down and our attention to gently turn inward once again.
This 20 October, SAGE Wellness presents a special event, A Moment For Her, created especially for women — a space where sound becomes a bridge between body and emotion, between inner movement and stillness, and between each woman and the collective energy that emerges when we simply come together and share the same space.
